INSEAD is seeking an Apprentice, HR Support Services to join our Shared Services team within the Human Resources department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.
About the Job
The job holder is responsible for managing day-to-day HR Operations, focusing on personnel administration and employee records management. This role contributes to a smooth execution of HR transactional activities in compliance with local regulations and INSEAD policies.
Your role within the team
- Management of onboarding processes by contributing to the drafting of apprenticeship contracts and internship agreements, gathering the necessary hiring information in HR tools, acting as the main point of contact for schools and funding organizations.
- Ensuring the follow-up of probation periods as well as internal mobility.
- Participation in internal HR events (new joiner onboarding, disability awareness day, etc.) and contribution to the development of communication materials for managers, HRBPs, and employees.
- Updating HR dashboards, user guides, and procedures (including RACI matrices).
- Ensuring the tracking, naming, and digitalization of administrative documents
The ideal candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (starting September 2025)
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Meticulous, adaptable and ability to multi-task
- Self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
- Sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Team-oriented, strong customer service focus.
- Strong understanding of HR processes & systems
- Knowledge of the local labour laws & regulations
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Experience Oracle HCM is a plus
