Avantor recherche un Apprenti Chargé E-Commerce afin de soutenir notre équipe E-Business, basée à Rosny-sous-Bois (93). Notre service E-commerce s’occupe de la bonne interaction des systèmes d’information entre nos clients et Avantor dans le secteur du commerce électronique.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un apprenti pour une durée de deux ans (M1 / M2) dès septembre prochain !
Ce que vous apportez
- Préparation d'un diplôme M1 puis M2 type e-commerce / Administration et gestion des entreprises
- Esprits client et équipe primordiaux
- Qualités suivantes : rigueur, organisation, analyse, proactivité et curiosité
- Anglais (écrit/oral) indispensable
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques notamment Excel

- Gestion de la boîte mail commune Webshop France
- Réponses aux demandes entrantes
- Création d’organisations Web et de profils WEB
- Détection, analyse et résolution des problèmes WEB
- Maintenance et paramétrage du Webshop
- Suivi et déclaration de bug (Tickets JIRA)
- Formations / Présentations clients
- Analyse des besoins clients
- Participation aux points Mensuels Européens
