We are seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in our Dearborn, MI location.
Position Details
In this position, you will have a direct impact in enhancing a child's ability to succeed. The BCBA will provide support in our center-based ABA program. Providing supervision to the Behavior Technicians along with supporting the individuals in our program. Completing VB-MAPPs and other assessments for new referrals, re-evaluations, and parent training. Developing child specific programming, including activities and data collection as well as behavioral/crisis plans. Supporting the Behavioral Technicians through implementation of the treatment goals, program book, IPOS, behavioral/crisis plans and documentation.

QualificationsOur ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- Current BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)
- Michigan BCaBA Licensure
- Minimum of (1) one year ABA experience with individuals with Autism
