Regional SHE Manager

Part-time (50%) & temporary (12 month mission)

Location: Rumilly or one of CPW factories in Europe


At Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a joint venture between Nestlé and General Mills, safety is our top priority. We are looking for a Regional Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to lead and coordinate our SHE agenda across factories in Poland, France, and the UK.

This is a
12-month, part-time (50% within half of the time travelling as support to factories through coaching visits) regional assignment, ideal for candidates seeking to broaden their experience in a multinational context. The role will drive high SHE standards, support capability building, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the network.

In this position you will:
  • Provide leadership and expertise to ensure safety and health is a core business value across all factories.
  • Drive implementation of CPW and Nestlé SHE standards and tools.
  • Support local SHE teams and factory leadership in capability building and compliance.
  • Promote sharing of best practices and continuous improvement between locations.
  • Coordinate internal audits and support with major incident analysis and prevention.
  • Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (min. 7–10 years) in SHE leadership, ideally in a manufacturing environment within Nestle or CPW.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE management systems, auditing, and risk management.
  • Ability to influence and coach teams at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French.
  • Experience working across multiple countries and in an international matrix setup.
