ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for highly organized candidates for the position of customer care ,he takes charge handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
TASKS
- Actively monitoring orders placed
- Follow up along with remote CS team inbound tickets from customers, riders, and restaurants
- Proactively liaise with riders and restaurants to ensure orders run smoothly
- Provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve our customer experience
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries
- Respond to customer issues via email and phone
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Customer-oriented attitude as well as problem solving skills
- Ability to use multiple systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly assess a situation and problem solve to point of resolution
- Fast learner and good time management. Self-motivated, hardworking with strong sense of responsibility
- Working experience in customer service sector is an advantage
- Availability on weekends
