Job Description
You are joining the "Data & Innovation" team within Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking. We are working on the realization of data science projects (analytical data and machine learning) for the banking professions of the CIB in order to explore business opportunities as much as possible. We also ensure the implementation of data governance and processes associated with the quality assurance of the used data, in coherence with the business strategy. The Data Manager will be the representative of the CDO Group at the terminals of Natixis CIB.
On a daily basis, your missions are to
- Define and manage the strategy dedicated to data and convey the consolidated and exhaustive vision of Natixis CIB’s work related to AI Data;
- Carry out reporting to BPCE and the CIB Senior Management on the Data strategy and roadmap / Escalate the Data topics relevant to the CIB Senior Management (data quality, strategic projects, governance, budget priority, etc.) ;
- Work in coordination with IT architecture to reinforce the key principles to be applied to Natixis CIB’s IS projects and ensure compliance of internal data standards
- Manage the execution capacity and necessary budget on Data topics;
- Ensure the deployment and continuous improvement of the data governance system, and implement the appropriate comitology;
- Ensure the regular updating of the standards and principles of the Data Management Framework (DMF), particularly with regard to roles, the governance and use of data.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
About you: With a higher education (Master 2) in engineering or business with a specialization in Data, you have at least 10 years of experience in data management and governance.
You master:
- Data software (data visualization, data catalog and data preparation);
- Topics related to market finance, artificial intelligence and its link with data governance.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- Able to work in collaboration with architects on architecture data topics;
- Team-oriented and able to unite stakeholders around data-related issues;
- Comfortable presenting and communicating information orally, writing and sharing information in writing.
You master English with a C1 level.
