What You’ll Be Doing
Set up our core analytics stack (dbt, Snowflake, Metabase, etc.)
Define key metrics and build dashboards used across the company
Analyze product usage, growth loops, and marketing performance
Design experiments and interpret results
Be a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, CX, and the CEO

What You Bring
Fluency in SQL, Python, and modern data tools
Experience in consumer tech (ideally mobile)
Comfort in ambiguous, 0 1 environments
Strong product sense and storytelling ability
Passion for focus, productivity, or digital wellbeing
