We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Ensure IT security and compliance by applying patches and updates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and IT inventory.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.

Pay: 170.00€ - 180.00€ per day
