Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a TACT leader (Test Activity Control Team) (f/m) to join our Flight Test and Integration Test center based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of team composed of about 30 engineers, in charge to test Flight Management System and Cockpit System, following the tests perfomed on benches / simulators, then flight tests.
You will lead the TACT (Test Activity Control Team), composed by members coming from different part of Airbus Engineering (Design Office, Lab Test Means team, Flight Tests, program, ...) in charge to lead the validation and verification phase for Display systems on A330/MRTT programs
You will be part of Display pole to replace the LR (Long Range) TACT leader:
Each A/C system modification implies the modification of the Display system, to visually display to the crew the modifications. The TACT manages the civil A330 modifications, and also the military MRTT developments.

Your futurs challenges:

Lead and coordinate the multi-functional team TACT composed of Design Office, test means team, flight test team, programs in charge to plan, execute and report the civilian and military lab and flight test campaigns on Cockpit Display systems for A330/MRTT programs.
- To lead the Airbus internal and sub-contracting team in charge to perform the lab tests, and flight test analysis,
- To implement new testing strategies, new methods and tools (JIRA based)
To participate to some tests as a Test Specialist -
