Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join Mycronic's Global Technologies division working within our Magnetic Test business line (Hprobe). Hprobe is a fast-growing company that develops and markets Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for emerging technologies in the semiconductor industry. Hprobe's unique equipment provides innovative solutions for testing spintronic components under magnetic fields, particularly in the MRAM (Magnetic Random Access Memory) and TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) embedded memory sectors. Our customers include the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers and global technology leaders.
The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electronic circuit boards for integration into cutting-edge magnetic memory and sensor test equipment. This role involves close collaboration with a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-performance, reliable hardware solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute across all stages of the hardware development cycle, from initial concept through final implementation and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs analog circuit architectures for printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Implements complete board designs, including schematic capture, PCB layout, manufacturing coordination, and functional testing
- Integrates electronic boards into the top-level modules of test equipment, ensuring seamless system-level operation
- Develops and maintains test benches for validating board functionality and performance
- Manages relationships with suppliers and partners for board fabrication and assembly processes
- Evaluates circuit testability and contributes to the design, validation, and qualification of internal analog systems used in customer-facing integrated chip testing - from initial concept through production ramp-up
Experience and Qualifications
- Engineering degree or PhD in Electronics, with 2-5 years of industry experience in analog and/or mixed-signal circuit design
- Demonstrates proficiency in designing and implementing analog circuits on PCBs
- Familiarity in programming with LabVIEW, C/C++, and python for test automation and data acquisition
- Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver intermediate results in a fast-paced environment
