YOUR ROLE
Adhere to IMS and all applicable international laws and regulations. Carry out all duties in compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethical policies. Develop and present a continuous performance improvement plan that will be periodically reviewed and reported.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Collaborate with the superintendent to coordinate repair services as required
- Monitor, oversee, and facilitate all fleet projects.
- Maintain up-to-date records for the weekly fleet operations meeting.
- Provide administrative support to the fleet.
- Create and manage project plans, including timelines with project-specific milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reviews through presentations and effective communication.
- Aid the fleet in gathering vessel data on specific topics and preparing reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master degree naval architecture or engineering.
- 1 year in technical domain such as but not limited to naval architecture, ship management, ship repair or shipbuilding.
- Project management.
- Written and oral communication.
