Job Description


As Global Manager, Brand Activations for Midscale & Economy Brands, you will work closely with individual brand teams such as ibis, Novotel & Mercure to develop and implement impactful global activation strategies that drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and brand preference through partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential events.

You will be a key member of the Global Marketing Team, playing an essential role in aligning with Regional Hub teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across our global regions and hotel network.

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on marketer - someone with a passion for building brands, an eye for operational excellence, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to deliver strong and sustainable business outcomes.

This role will primarily focus on supporting brand partnerships and leading experiential brand activations, both externally and internally.


  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy across Eco & Midscale brands, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
  • Lead the execution and co-ordination of key brand activations, experiential events, and strategic internal initiatives.
  • Source and manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, activation plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines, and roles and responsibilities for seamless execution.
  • Develop and distribute toolkits, guidelines, and best practices across the network.
  • Support the integration of the ALL loyalty program into brand activations and experiential initiatives.
  • Track activation performance, report key insights, and support post-activation analysis to optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage and track activation budgets.
  • Conduct research and analysis to monitor industry, consumer, and competitor trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/partnerships/branding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, self-starter and able to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and partnership practices/execution challenges
  • Relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, art, music, food, innovation, etc
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key brand events and activations
