Bostik is looking for a global R&D leader mobility durable goods for its headquarters in La Défense.
Your main responsabilities will be :
Function: Define the Technical road map of Bostik on the Mobility Market worldwide together with the Global
– Manage the corresponding project portfolio with each Regional Teams.
Team management: Manage in a transverse mode R&D Teams for Durable Goods involved with Mobility projects in the different labs of Bostik Duravle Goods Worldwide (Product Development and Technical Support). Develop a balanced team to meet company vision/goals and keep them motivated. Drive the team to further the culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
System and procedures:.Build and communicate the road map and mange the Portfolio of projets using Clarity.
R&D activity:. Develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support.
Build knowledge of customer products and applications. Provide appropriate product recommendations; Support customer’s new product qualification process. Facilitate interactions between technical experts across markets. Strengthen interaction between R&D DG team and Corporate R&D. Contribute to the development of the scientific expertise of the team.
• Develop and Maintain Expertise of the application/Market - multi technology.
• Be the “Technical reference” for Mobility Market of Bostik in front of Customers
• Global coordination of R&D project portfolio of the market (Mobility) in alignment with Business priorities
• Build and update techno-road map with the Global Market Manager and team
• Responsible for the global developments. Accountable for the progress of the developments in the different labs for the benefit of the global activity
• Organize and lead regular meeting with global team
• Create and maintain relation with selected OEM (Key Accounts)
Profil Recherché
The profile we are looking for :
• > 10 years of Management of R&D Teams
• Experience with adhesives strongly preferred
• Experience in Technical Support to Customers in New product Development and on Research on Materials
• Experience in product development in Gate process and project management
• Fluent in English compulsory
• Strong leadership, adaptable in a fast growing organization and dynamic business environment.
