Role Overview

Are you ready to take a fast-growing startup to the next level? Tremau is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Head of Growth to lead and scale our company. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience building and scaling marketing strategies from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Tremau’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention in both new and existing markets.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and positioning for consistent, scalable growth.
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, and enablement tools.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as we scale, with a focus on collaboration, agility, and results.
  • Design and optimize the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion to long-term customer engagement.
  • Lead data-driven experimentation across SEO, paid, content, social, and partnerships to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and trust & safety operations teams to ensure cohesive, resonant messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, content strategy, and website management to ensure alignment with brand and performance goals.
  • Manage marketing operations, including tools (HubSpot, Zapier, analytics), workflows, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for SEO, creative, and campaign execution—especially around product marketing and feature launches.
  • Drive Tremau’s presence at industry events, webinars, and through strategic partnerships.
  • Support executive thought leadership, media relations, and public-facing communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and embed marketing best practices throughout the company.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record of scaling a marketing function at a startup or high-growth company—ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to impact.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading teams, setting strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong product marketing background: you can craft compelling messaging, position features effectively, and drive adoption.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, growth tactics, performance analytics, and channel experimentation.
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator, capable of bridging product, tech, sales, and trust & safety to tell a cohesive story.
  • Experience working with external partners (SEO, content, design) to scale marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Creative, resourceful, and adaptable—you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of trust & safety, content moderation, or online risk management is a strong plus.
  • Experience in event marketing, partnerships, and product launches is a plus.
  • Working language is English, knowledge of any other language is a plus.
