YOUR TASKS
- Create the content of training materials in French and keep them up to date over time according to technological developments.
- Establish the annual technical training plan in collaboration with the Mediterranean training coordinator and the maintenance technical manager.
- Participate in the evolution towards the GWO (Global Wind Organisation) standard on basic training and retraining (Fire, Gestures and Postures, Working at Height).
- Creation and maintenance of training equipment.
- Organization of training: preparation, planning and communication.
- Provide safety training (working at height and evacuation) specific to Nordex wind turbines, mainly for maintenance technicians.
- Provide safety training (working at heights, evacuation) to Customers, Investors, Wind Farm Operators and subcontractors, being aware of and taking into account the various issues and priorities of the latter.
- Evaluate the skills of the participants and collect their opinions at the end of the training.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and industrial computing technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of wind turbine maintenance experience (Nordex preferred).
- Strong safety mindset, autonomy, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communicator and team collaborator across departments.
- Curious, organized, and proactive in sharing knowledge and managing priorities.
- Comfortable in dynamic environments; fluent in English.
