Main Responsibilities:
- Communication and Coordination:Support in coordinating communication activities; managing small teams of short-term interns.
- Community Management : Managing and moderating our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) ; updating content on our websites.
- Content Creation:Writing, translating, and following up on internal and external communication initiatives.
- Strategic Analysis:Conducting market benchmarks, tracking trends, and analyzing competitors.
- B2B/B2C Client Relations:Responding to inquiries (calls, emails, quotes), and developing the customer portfolio.
- Trip Production:Researching providers, booking (accommodation, transportation…), creating itineraries, and negotiating with partners.
- Training:Occasional support in training new interns.
- Event Hosting (optional, depending on profile):Participation in the organization and hosting of cultural, social, or professional events (1 to 3 times per week).
