The team you will be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
- Laptop/workstation configuration
- Setup, configuration and delivery (tracking) of laptops and workstations to users in offices and labs
- Support provided to final user to complete registration and installation of applications needed
- Set-up of hardware to implement an internal cloud service
- Installation and configuration of blade server colonies
- Network setup, configuration in lab network
- Registration of switches, routers and firewalls belonging to lab
- Installation, configuration and upgrade of network equipment
- Inventory of IT material: definition and documentation of data model and related process and data migration
- User support: update wiki and provide direct user support
- IS/IT
- Basics of network administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Basics in Operating systems: Windows, Linux
- Tools: VMware, GIT, Nmap, Wireshark
- Experience in Microsoft tools (Office, Outlook, Teams, Word, Sharepoint …)
- Good knowledge of Database: MySQL, MS SQL , VB, C#, PHP, JavaScript
- Good collaboration and communication skills (English mandatory) along with the capability of solving challenging problems independently
- Training: Knowledgeable in pedagogical techniques; practical experience in knowledge transfer
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
- Good level in English and French
