岗位职责：
与团队成员协调，识别问题、处理工单并排除故障设备故障。现场支持设备（服务器）维护工作。
偶尔参与项目现场实施，包括安装、布线、交换机配置、验收测试等。
与供应商和支持团队协调，解决项目技术问题并实施相关事宜。
参与提前准备必要的文档，包括配置脚本、线缆连接表以及项目/服务验收报告。
根据需要，提供日报、周报、月报、季度报告或客户级报告。
负责仓库零件的进出。
管理仓库库存，并根据要求进行库存盘点，支持零件向数据中心的交付。
基本职位要求：
接受应届毕业生，持有IT相关专业学位，或拥有0-3年IT领域专业经验。
优秀的中英文及其他语言沟通能力（本公司主要服务中国客户）。
优先职位要求：
具备基本的网络知识，例如 TCP/IP 协议栈、基本的路由和交换知识
具备基本的服务器知识，并熟悉 Linux 命令行界面 （CLI）
能够根据需要在国内外出差
能够高效地承受压力，偶尔需要加班
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with team members to identify issues, handle work orders, and troubleshoot equipment failures. Provide on-site support for equipment (server) maintenance.
Occasionally participate in on-site project implementation, including installation, cabling, switch configuration, and acceptance testing.
Coordinate with vendors and support teams to resolve project technical issues and implement related matters.
Participate in the advance preparation of necessary documentation, including configuration scripts, cable connection tables, and project/service acceptance reports.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or client-level reports as needed.
Oversee the incoming and outgoing parts flow of the warehouse.
Manage warehouse inventory, conduct inventory counts as required, and support the delivery of parts to the data center.
Basic Requirements:
We welcome recent graduates with an IT-related degree or 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English, and other languages (our company primarily serves Chinese clients). Preferred Requirements:
Basic networking knowledge, such as the TCP/IP protocol stack, basic routing, and switching knowledge
Basic server knowledge and familiarity with the Linux command-line interface (CLI)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with occasional overtime required
