Team

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Artist/Designer for BeReal’s Organic Social Channels. In this role, you’ll be designing content for our organic presence on Instagram and TikTok accounts which combine around 3M followers.

• Work closely with the BeReal Social Media Lead to execute on content that will fill plans across all channels, contributing to the organic marketing strategy

• Use your motion and design skills to create content curated per channel (ie TikTok, Instagram, BeReal itself)

• Iteratively analyze performance of all social content to learn what is or is not working, adjusting your approach accordingly

• You may have worked with influencer content in the past, and will be required to do so in this role

• Big bonus if you are comfortable in front of the camera and you’re passionate about making social content (you may just end up on BeReal’s channels in front of millions!)

Profile

You are curious and adaptable, with an entrepreneurial mindset : a proactive go-getter who thrives in iterative marketing workflows, stays ahead of trends, and knows exactly what content works on TikTok versus Instagram.

• Strong proficiency of After Effects : animation, project organization

• Audio editing skills: sound enhancement, quick edits, and basic mixing

• Video editing basics in Adobe Premiere : subtitles, quick cuts...

• Good sense of organization & workflow, especially when working with templates

• Photo editing proficiency (Photoshop and/or other)

• Basic knowledge of Figma : exporting and creating simple visuals.

• Familiarity with AI tools (Generative AI, 11Labs, Vocal Remover, ChatGPT)

• CapCut knowledge is appreciated
