About the role :
As part of our growth across several international markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, French-speaking Africa, etc.), we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our teams in their day-to-day activities. Reporting to the marketing department, you will play a key role in operational follow-up, performance analysis, and affiliate campaign management.
As our Marketing Assistant you will
Marketing Data Monitoring and Updates
- Collect, consolidate, and update monthly and quarterly performance data.
- Manage performance tracking dashboards and ensure consistency of shared data.
- Access affiliate platforms and report key KPIs (Clicks, FTDs, RevShare, etc.).
Affiliate Campaign Management
- Assist in setting up campaigns with our partners (creatives, logos, wording, tracking).
- Monitor ongoing campaigns in dedicated dashboards and ensure all affiliate materials are working correctly (links, landing pages, promo codes, etc.).
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis and suggest optimization opportunities.
Market Research and Competitive Monitoring
- Regularly update our market studies (BE, CH, AFR, FR).
- Track competitor activities: new projects, offers, formats.
- Adapt marketing materials based on local regulations and market specifics.
Operational and Administrative Support
- Support the planning and execution of one-off marketing projects.
- Update and organize internal documents (databases, shared files).
- Collaborate with SEO, product, and content teams to streamline production.
Your profil should include :
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Comfort with numbers and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, etc.).
- Professional level in English (written and spoken).
