We are looking for a hands on, proactive and dedicated marketing specialist to join our French Marketing Team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider team in Belgium and Netherlands and our HQ in Switzerland to deliver our local marketing agenda. Attending events and connecting with industry stakeholders are moments to look forward to.
What you can expect
- Marketing Communication & Support:
- Create and distribute content in the form of newsletters, social media content, Marketing & Communication campaigns for our Dealers and A&D Support
- Coordinate, maintain relations with an external Press Office by giving guidance
- Collaborate and ensure communication at global and regional level within the marketing team (Region BeFraNeLux and HQ)
- Order and manage Marketing tools
- Social Media : Inspire team FR and dealers
- Photoshootings : organize and coordinate following strict HQ guidelines
- CRM for Marketing up-to-data : Updating with good data quality
- Being a strong brand ambassador in writing, representing and networking
- Brand keeping (visuals, texts) : according to brand identity
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and organize external events (for customer, A&D, Dealers, etc.) and internal events (for Vitra employees)
- Prepare international and national events
- Showroom in Paris:
- Welcome clients to our Vitra showroom and office
- Reception responsibilities as part of the overall role as a good host (welcoming, coffee, travel arrangements, order furniture etc. )
How you can convince
- A hands-on, service minded, motivated team player with a positive attitude and friendly personality, responding well under pressure and with great time management
- Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- This role will include interaction with the general public, clients, architects, designers, retailers, journalists etc. so we need a confident and professional communicator
- Strong digital skills are needed (knowledge of Office 365, Sales Force, Marketing Cloud, Social studio are an asset)
- Good knowledge of French and English. Notions of German and Dutch are an asset
- An interest in design/culture and the Vitra brand
- Some working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus (InDesign, PhotoShop)
- Eagerness to learn and optimistic attitude and willingness to help and be a good host
