You will be responsible for driving process excellence across our SAP and Eshop platforms, ensuring operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement through collaboration, innovation, and strategic oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1\. SAP Process Leadership
- Oversee SAP-related projects and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Test and validate SAP developments and enhancements.
- Understand and map operational business flows within SAP.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot SAP issues.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants to resolve problems and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Lead training sessions and communicate SAP updates across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Eshop platform in terms of functionality and performance.
- Enhance user experience through design and usability improvements.
- Develop automated reporting integrated with WEBI (KPIs: RFQ count, new part numbers, conversion rate, delivery performance, sales turnover, margin, etc.).
- Streamline Eshop-related processes for efficiency.
- Lead and contribute to strategic Eshop projects.
- Organize training and communication initiatives on Eshop updates for internal teams.
- Degree in Business Process Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization, SAP, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP operational flows and digital commerce systems.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., WEBI, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluent in professional English and French.
