Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our AXA GO Gen AI CoE team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for AI solutions that address key business needs across AXA. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders from local entities as well as other AXA GO departments (innovation and engineering) to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with Business Innovation department to refine and communicate the AI solutions vision and strategy in the selected transformation programme.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, data scientists, engineers, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and integration capabilities.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the Capability scaling backlog, ensuring that technical tasks are well-defined and aligned with the overall stream roadmap.
User-Centric Approach: Advocate for users by coordinating research and ensuring that AI solutions meet user expectations and manage IT constraints effectively.
Performance Tracking: Follow metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
Long-term Vision: Contribute to the long-term vision of the CoE, exploring innovative applications of AI technologies and identifying opportunities for scaling solutions across AXA.
Documentation & Training: Oversee the creation of product and technical documentation, the code sharing strategy and implementation guides to support integration within business units.
Expected skills & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectors.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and business processes, especially ithe insurance sector.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
