As part of our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and CRM Team to drive improvements to our Salesforce CRM, Dealhub CPQ and other sales tools.
Your goals:
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Questel’s sales teams
- Coordinate business change management, value realization, and successful execution and adoption of key projects across the organization
Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...
- Define Salesforce and Dealhub project scope and objectives by coordinating internal and external resources, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
- Act as a liaison between sales business units and other departments to identify systematic improvements to request submission processes and automation.
- Assist synchronization efforts to ensure data integrity between Salesforce and Questel’s ERP System, Synergy.
- Improve Questel’s internal contract renewal process by enabling sales reps to create and complete their renewals with minimal effort.
- Shadow team members and hold sessions to gather feedback, identify optimization opportunities and recommend process improvement.
- Identify bugs and inconsistencies in the Salesforce-Dealhub synchronization, as well as identify opportunities for process automation.
- Create documentation, including written and video content, when launching new features.
- Using established processes, track, document, & record key project information and progress toward milestones.
- Collaborate with and direct Questel’s CRM team to complete Salesforce technical projects.
- Conduct and coordinate quality assurance to ensure data quality and process consistency.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or in a related field.
- 1-2 years in a similar position or with similar requirements in a company of comparable complexity and multinational environment.
- Fluent in English required; French and other languages encouraged.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write, speak, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred, comfortable with new IT software, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
