Team
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games, we are the world's largest and most successful hybrid publisher.
You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on multiple games such as Archery Clash, Ball Blast, Bag Fight & City Takeover.
Role
Design, create, and implement visually striking 3D assets that elevate the artistic quality of our props and environment in game, ensuring smooth performance on mobile platforms.
Sculpt, model and texture high / low-poly 3D characters from different concept art styles, focusing mostly on stylised designs.
Full responsibility of 3D pipeline. Develop and maintain efficient 3D art game production, with integration workflows to support a cohesive and agile creative process.
Set up character rigs for animation, ensuring proper articulation and natural movement.
Animate characters with fluid, responsive movements to bring them to life in-game.
Optimise character models and topology efficiently for the game engine; ensuring they meet performance benchmarks without sacrificing visual fidelity.
Work closely with the art team and developers to ensure seamless asset integration and maintain consistent style and quality.
Profile
Solid experience as a 3D Character Artist in the video game industry, with deep understanding of anatomy, stylized characters, and dynamism.
Competent in 3D modeling and texturing using tools like Blender, Maya, or equivalent; capable of crafting a wide range of props and general assets with a consistent visual direction.
Expertise in low-poly modeling and optimization techniques oriented for performance on mobile
Rigging and character animation experience in games.
Proficiency with game engines and integration ( Unity experience is a strong benefit )
Software Expertise: Blender, Maya, (or equivalent modeling tools), Substance Painter, etc.
