This is the start of your adventure at Aptar :
Reporting to the VP Legal EMEA, your role will be to support the entire legal EMEA team based in Rueil-Malmaison (92).
Key Responsibilities:
Document management:
- Manage documents to be notarized and apostilled,
- Sending and follow-up of official documents for signature (regular exchanges with the top company's management),
- Manage the department's legal documentation in French and English (including General Terms & Conditions of Sale and/or Purchase),
- Ensure that letterheads are updated for each company,
- Bring assistance with drafting legal documents
Processing administrative requests:
- Manage all KYC requests,
Handle all requests related to k-bis, identity documents, criminal records, declaration of beneficial owners and other.
Monitoring corporate information:
- Monitor and update monitoring documents and other existing tools related to all Group companies as soon as changes occur,
- Update Dilitrust daily as changes occur,
- Answering questions about corporate information.

- Up to bachelor's degree in law or equivalent,
- Strong writing skills,
- Be autonomous and rigorous,
- Be pro-active on various assignments,
- Fluent in English (spoken, read and written),
- Experience within a corporate international environment is a plus.
One-year fixed-term contract.
