You have a key role working with ICAPE Group’s suppliers, the local Business Units (worldwide
locations) and the Asia (especially China) logistics teams.
You are able to provide and implement strategies aligned with improving the overall efficiency of ICAPE
Group to exceed the objectives.
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
You will manage several international teams.
International business trips are expected for this position
MISSIONS
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, starting with Europe and the US
- Play a pilot role in the Group suplly chain Data analysis and performance in order to build and maintain the most effective logistics forwarder and warehouse suppliers (AVL) and to provide the most competitive supply chain pricing levels
- Communicate and negociate with Supply Chain's suppliers and vendors to gain more profit for ICAPE Group
- Offer the most efficient strategic direction and guidance to Asia logistics teams including the international SEA/AIR/Express
- Offer the most efficient strategies to the worlwide Business units'local logistics teams including local domestic truck/express suplliers' validation and management
- Play a leader role of ICAPE worlwide warehouse management including warehouse management SAP software integration, inbound/outbound and storage cost-effective process, warehouse procedure setup and audit, inventory management with local logistics teams
- Define and implement supply chain KPIs aimed at improving the overall supply chain efficiency
- Supervising and training the Supply Chain teams. Coaching Sales team how to sell better ICAPE's logistics services
- A leader role to manage the safety and social responsability of ICAPE Supply Chain. Work with ICAPE Legal team to ensure supply chain process meet legal requirements and standards
- Resolve the urgent issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery, incident during shiping, customers pull-in or push out, etc.)
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and a strategic and analytical mind
- Working experience of relevant software (especially SAP)
- Knowledge in the warehouse management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and a strong capability of problement solving
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written), Chinese speaking is a plus
