What challenges await you?
Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across roles from junior to executive levels.
Map markets & competitors: org charts, talent pools, location & compensation research, TAM coverage.
Run calibration loops with recruiters & hiring managers: clarify ICPs, must-haves vs. nice-to-haves, search pivots.
Create longlists/shortlists and maintain clean pipelines in ATS (Ashby), with clear tags and status reasons.
Design, test, and optimize personalized outreach sequences (A/B subject lines, copy, cadences).
Apply advanced search: Boolean/X-ray, semantic tactics, and platform-specific queries (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Telegram/Discord communities, Dribbble/Behance for design, Kaggle, etc.).
Use enrichment & contact-finding tools to increase reachability and response rates.
Track and improve top-of-funnel metrics: response rate, positive reply rate, qualified leads per week, time-to-shortlist.
Support light pre-screening (async/chat or brief calls) when needed to validate core fit before hand-off.
Contribute to diversity sourcing and inclusive pipelines.
Document searches, build re-usable playbooks, and share wins/insights with the team.
Domains you’ll touch: AI/ML, E-commerce, VC, Gaming & GameDev, Big Data, FinTech, Consumer & Entertainment Apps, Marketing & AdTech.
What’s important to us?
2+ years in tech sourcing (agency or in-house) with a track record of filling hard-to-find pipelines.
Mastery of Boolean/X-ray and platform-native search operators; you’re comfortable sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
Experience with ATS/CRM (ideally Ashby): data hygiene, structured notes, tags, and reporting.
Strong outreach copywriting and personalization; evidence of A/B testing and iterating cadences.
Ability to analyze funnel data and make decisions from numbers (coverage, reply %, positive %, pass-through).
Stakeholder collaboration: crisp communication, expectation setting, and fast feedback loops.
Working knowledge of talent intelligence: market mapping, compensation signals, competitor insights.
Understanding of privacy/compliance in sourcing (GDPR-aware, ethical data use).
English: Intermediate (B1); confident written communication with global candidates.
Critical and systematic thinking; you enjoy structured search, detailed notes, and repeatable processes.
Nice to have (not required)
Experience in executive/lead talent mapping and org-charting.
Familiarity with automation & enrichment tools.
