Context & Team
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Tax Specialist to join our central tax team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and is eager to contribute to both local and international tax projects.
You will primarily focus on French tax matters, while also supporting broader European and global initiatives.
Key responsibilities/missions

Tax Compliance : ensure that the French entities are in line with their compliance obligations in France and other foreign jurisdictions including notably:
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns including Pilar 2 tax returns,
- Assist in the preparation of the tax provisions,
- Assist in the preparation of CBC reporting.

Tax reporting : collaborate with Consolidation and FP&A teams on tax-related reporting of the French entities including notably:
- Review and enhance tax reporting included as part of the consolidated accounts,
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate tax estimates.

Tax authorities’ relations
- Participate in tax audits and litigation processes in France and abroad
- Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors as needed

Tax Advisory
- Support group restructuring and projects from a French tax perspective,
- Help implement and uphold internal tax policies and procedures
- Monitor French tax legislation and assess its impact on the business
- Advise on tax implications of commercial transactions and draft relevant clauses with the Legal team

Transfer pricing
- Support the Transfer Pricing Manager in preparing documentation for French affiliate
Profile
Master’s degree in economics/law/finance or from a business school, with a specialization in French Taxation and International Taxation
Minimum 5 years in Corporate Tax within an international group; experience in the software industry is a plus
Strong command of French and international tax principles, including transfer pricing, Pillar II, CBC reporting, and tax accounting
Analytical, proactive, autonomous, and organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in French and English
Comfortable working across teams and cultures in a global organization
