Technical Data Assembly & Dispatch Admin Engineer (M/F) (H/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Assembly & Dispatch Admin Engineer (f/m) to join our Technical Data Operations team based in Toulouse, France.

The Operational Unit "Technical Data" is in charge of developing, delivering and supporting aircraft maintenance documentation.

Maintenance documentation is directly used by the customers (airlines, MRO, lessors). It enables safe and efficient maintenance operations throughout the aircraft life cycle, following airworthiness requirements and regulations.

To accomplish this mission, Tech Data offers a wide view on Maintenance Documentation and Data Management:from the Design Office who is at the origin of the design and evolution of aircraft design, to the Authoring Domains in charge of documenting their impact in Technical Data products (manuals), to the generation, delivery and management of all documentations, and to the support to our customers who are operating and maintaining aircraft Systems.

In this challenging frame, you will be a key actor of our Technical Data Customer Delivery chain by ensuring the best level of service for generating and delivering the Tech Data (TD) customized Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) products, in compliance with Customers contractual agreements, fleet & aircraft configuration and applicable regulations.

Your challenges:

Within the framework of the Airbus Technical Data Operations Support & Services, the job holder is responsible and accountable to:

• Perform/coordinate as a top priority, the IT tool administration tasks for Assembly and Dispatch process in regards of Cost, time and Quality
  
• Ensure that all the Customers deliverables are correctly archived
  
• Manage the desarchiving process. Deliver on time, on cost and on quality products according to Airbus policies
  
• Ensure that all contractual obligations and customer orders are fulfilled (quality, cost and lead time)
  
• Ensure Tech-Request answering for external & internal AIRBUS customers
  
• Make sure that stakeholders have up-to-date and accurate information
  
• Ensure the sub-contracting activities follow-up, control & validation
  
• Ensure problem solving requiring a complex diagnostic phase using different processes, tools, interfaces and customer impacts
  
• Provide inputs and feedbacks to the Business Application Owner to allow continuous improvements for Processes and Tools
  
• Ensure smooth EIS for the SAP Assembly&Dispatch workflow at each TechData version
  
• Gather and interpret data in order to analyse and solve a specific issue/requirement or to support Airbus community (internal / external) on End-to-End analysis of the TD Products
  
• Communicate findings through effective and easy-to-understand data visualisations adapted to the audience
  
Propose and contribute to innovation & transformation of Tech-Data Ecosystem thru participation to TD Projects

• Capacity to understand quickly the big picture
  
• Proven Experience in supporting IT tools
  
• Curious and open-minded for change and technical / digital innovation
  
A deep understanding of TechData complexity will be a must
