Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational processes and driving continuous improvement. This position emphasizes problem-solving, effective team management, and ensuring client satisfaction through adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The Track Lead will leverage their expertise in MSSQL and Azure MySQL to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation within the team. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Optimize Business Processes By Implementing And Enhancing Operational Systems Using Mssql And Azure Mysql, Ensuring Improved Management Reporting And Streamlined Information Flow.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Consistently Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Management And Resource Allocation.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Environment For Continuous Improvement.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying And Proposing New Ideas For Process Development, Leveraging Azure Iaas Solutions To Support Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Utilizing Expertise In Mssql And Azure Mysql, Resulting In Measurable Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Mssql Database Architecture And Azure Mysql Dba.
2. Strong Understanding Of Azure Iaas And Its Application In Support Operations.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Implement Process Improvements.
4. Effective Leadership And Team Management Capabilities.
5. Solid Communication Skills For Stakeholder Engagement And Client Relationship Management.
