Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training & Delivery manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will preferably have a background in critical facilities and/or customer operations within a data centre or a similar environment. As part of our team, this role will be instrumental in developing and delivering effective and engaging training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and operational efficiency. Works on course and training module development projects in support of and in the development of effective and engaging training course content
Creates engaging, effective, and interactive training materials
Conducts analysis, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements
Delivers training to employees directly or indirectly and mentors others
Manages the global Training Programs Launch
Proficiency in English and French is required
Responsibilities
Training Program Management
Oversees multiple global training program launches
Instructional Design
Engages with cross functional SME and/or stakeholders to identify the learning requirements
Creates proposals for the best type of training needed to meet the requirements
Manages the training development to achieve targeted learning objectives
Delivers the training, or oversees the delivery of training by other team members
Evaluates the effectiveness of the training material
Training & Training Delivery
Prepares and delivers training to cross functional employees
Coaches and mentors other trainers
Manages the review of SCORM objects to ensure they are properly built, configured, and tested prior to roll out of new courses/learning resources
Project Management
Creates and drives to the goals and objectives of the program and how it will impact the business
Identifies and engages with the leaders of dependent projects that need to be completed to reach the overall goal
Develops a strategy for implementation, delegating tasks and projects efficiently
Communicates program objectives
Analytics
Evaluates feedback and creates long-term curriculum update plans
LMS Support
Provides and manages enhancement requests for the LMS Functional team (HRIS)
Qualifications
Proven years experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsabilités
Gestion des programmes de formation
Supervise le lancement de plusieurs programmes de formation à l’échelle mondiale
Conception pédagogique
Collabore avec des experts métier (SME) et/ou des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles pour identifier les besoins en apprentissage
Propose les types de formation les plus adaptés pour répondre à ces besoins
Gère le développement des formations afin d’atteindre les objectifs pédagogiques ciblés
Dispense les formations ou supervise leur livraison par d’autres membres de l’équipe
Évalue l’efficacité des supports de formation
Formation et dispense de formation
Prépare et dispense des formations aux employés issus de différentes fonctions
Accompagne et encadre d'autres formateurs en tant que coach ou mentor
Gère la révision des objets SCORM afin de s'assurer qu'ils sont correctement conçus, configurés et testés avant le déploiement de nouveaux cours ou ressources d’apprentissage
Gestion de projet
Définit et poursuit les objectifs du programme ainsi que son impact sur l’activité de l’entreprise
Identifie et collabore avec les responsables des projets interdépendants nécessaires à l’atteinte de l’objectif global
Développe une stratégie de mise en œuvre en déléguant efficacement les tâches et projets
Communique les objectifs du programme
Analyse
Évalue le feedback et élabore des plans de mise à jour du programme de formation à long terme
Support du LMS
Fournit et gère les demandes d’amélioration auprès de l’équipe fonctionnelle LMS (SIRH)
