Airbus Commercial is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager (f/m) to join our Tax Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be a member of the Tax Team in charge of tax matters for Airbus Commercial activities and will be more specifically involved in transfer pricing .

Your challenges:
Managing from an operational standpoint quadrilateral Advance Pricing Agreements for aircraft programmes : working with internal stakeholders to ensure that the group adheres to transfer pricing law and to APA requirements, managing transactional profit split calculations for high-value activities and ensuring the issuance of detailed annual reporting to the tax administrations
Negotiating with tax authorities for renewal of APAs, including analysis and explanation of the impact of changes where necessary.
Managing the local transfer pricing files for the 2 main French legal entities of the Commercial Division, as well as for the transactions not covered by APAs and supporting other French affiliates of the Commercial Division .
Your boarding pass:
At least 5 years of experience as a tax specialist in a law firm, a Big4 and/or the tax department of an international company.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated tax technical issues with all levels of cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of all corporate tax compliance fields.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to manage pressure.
Fluency in English is necessary for this position.
