Au sein de notre équipe client internationale vous serez chargé(e) de la réalisation des missions suivantes :

  • Gérer les portfeuilles et comptes Clients : collaborez avec nos Business Units et Embouteilleurs pour garantir l’approvisionnement à nos Clients.
  • Gérer la demande et les prévisions de ventes : collecter et analyser les informations de prévision, engager et collaborer avec nos Embouteilleurs pour valider et améliorer la précision des prévisions de l'usine.
  • Gerer les stocks: suivre, analyser et prendre des mesures pour reduire les stocks agés, en association avec les services internes, les Business Units et Clients.
  • Gerer des projets d’optimisation Supply Chain : Travailler en équipes internes et externes pour mettre en œuvre des changements des optimisations Supply Chain. Identifier les domaines de productivité et les opportunités (approvisionnement, transports…). Gérer les besoins spécifiques : comprendre les besoins des clients, évaluer et mettre en œuvre lorsque des changements sont nécessaires
  • Traiter les commandes clients et interfaces avec les équipes internes Supply Chain (logistique, appro…)

Pour ce poste, vous appréciez les responsabilités et le travail en équipe, votre sens du service allié à une grande rigueur de travail et autonomie contribueront à votre réussite au sein de Coca-Cola Midi.

Le/la candidate devra être autonome, organisé(e), faire preuve d'aisance relationnelle et maîtriser l'anglais opérationnel (lu/écrit/parlé) et les outils informatique (ERP SAP, Excel…)

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this role is to manage the plant operational concentrate and beverage base supply and service requirements to our Bottling Partners and Business Units. A key responsibility is to support and work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager in developing these relationships, identifying and implementing end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions and improvements that maximise value to the system.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement & Account Management: collaborate with the Business Units and customers to ensure that plant supply is guaranteed on-time in full and costs are optimised.
  • Demand Management: gather & analyse forecast information engage & collaborate with bottling partners to validate and improve plant forecast accuracy.
  • Inventory management: monitor, analyse and take mitigation actions based on aging stock reports, in association with internal departments, Business Units and the Customer.
  • Business planning & New Business Models: Work with Demand Specialists, Budgeting & Planning Financial Managers (IPM) in the business units and customers to build & validate sales volume estimates for the business plans. Work with internal & external teams in the implementation of supply point shifts (both planned shifts & BCP activations), managing to the project timeline and needs of the bottling partners to ensure smooth transition.
  • End-to-end value creation: Identify areas of productivity & cost saving opportunities such as in the area of supply models, transport and package optimisations, work with CRM in approving and implementing these projects to completion. Utilise project management techniques, influencing and presentation skills to deliver end-to-end value creation opportunities.
  • Manage Unique Business Requirements: Understand customer requirements in detail and monitor, assess and implement when changes are required working closely with relevant functions experts.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Customer service, supply-chain or sales.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University/Bachelor degree in a Supply Chain or Business discipline. Other qualifications may be considered if supported by appropriate work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English

  • The role requires national and international travel, this is normally planned in advance but from time to time person may be required to travel with little advance warning.
