We now have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dedicated Sales team in the North West/Lancashire region. Sales Executive Job Purpose:

To progress reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience to meet the business plan and maximise profits.

Sales Executive Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of site sales targets meeting regulatory and quality standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and experience, representing the high quality standards of Story Homes
  • Provide accurate and timely information and data to aid continuous improvement and business plan achievement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing a new build development and progressing sales within timescales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and driven attitude
  • The ability to work alone in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility with working hours and days to meet the company’s needs
  • Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills
  • A full UK driving licence and own transport
