The Product Management Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting Product Managers activities in the definition, development and commercialization of new products in line with market requirements and interfaces with Sales, Application Specialists, Services, Product Development, and other departments. As a support analyst you will help product managers in the assessment of biopharmaceutical processing market dynamics by gathering relevant data (generationg surveys, collecting feedback on products, markets, new brands, pricing…), analyzing and compiling it in executive reports. You will also play a key role in communicating between internal departments, acting as a "translator" where necessary to convey how information can support the organization's needs.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Support all tasks related to development and launch of new products in coordination with other departments
  • Support product management in the update of existing sales tools and the creation of new tools
  • Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
  • Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • Support the team in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills – must be experienced with Excel & data handling

  • Knowledge of Macros and VBA

  • Degree in Science and or business related field

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload

  • Challenge existing processes for improvement

  • Fluent in English
