Our contracts are 3-year fixed term for Masters students who plan to enroll in a doctorate program offered by an academic institution partnering with Meta such as universities like PSL or Sorbonne University, or research institutes like Inria or CNRS to name a few.
PhD students joining our team are jointly supervised by academics at the partnering academic lab and research scientists at FAIR. In the spirit of FAIR’s general mission, we expect the work to come out of the PhD, both at Meta and the academic partner, to be open science and open source.
FAIR PHD positions will be awarded on a rolling basis and candidates are encouraged to apply early in their search for PhD programs. Applicants are expected to be pursuing a PhD in one of the areas listed above.
