How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?
Engineering Methods & Capitalization (Leader EMC) has main responsibility: Engineering Methods, focusing on improving the quality of the engineering activities. This responsibility requires involvement in all ongoing EP and EPC projects executed from Europe, as well as strong interfacing with all stakeholders of the engineering department. With a strong link with Engineering disciplines and Quality departments, the main responsibility of the Leader EMC is to track capitalization/ lessons learnt topics from ongoing projects, to extract continuous improvement topics to be tackled by the engineering disciplines and to ensure their implementation on the upcoming projects. Various tools and processes are readily available (or can be developed by the Leader EMC) to pilot, coordinate and monitor the quality of the engineering studies. The Leader EMC missions will therefore to: interact with the project's engineering team on a frequent basis to collect the capitalization points. analyze the capitalization points and assess impact on other ongoing projects and ensure corrective measures are implemented identify continuous improvement actions to be tackled accordingly (e.g. update or creation of a technical standard, modification of a processus, up date of Air Liquide Global documents (GDSR, GT, etc…) He/She must strongly support the discipline engineers to quickly close the loop , wherein any good practice or lessons learnt raised on an ongoing project
