Au sein d’une équipe de techniciens et d’Ingénieurs application, vous assurerez les essais ou études diverses pour les activités relatives au support technique et au développement des compétences, en coordination avec les responsables concernés.
Mission :
Vous assurerez les manipulations et expérimentations diverses pour les activités relatives au support technique et au développement des compétences pour les cultures, les applications et technologies laits fermentés :
Etudes microbiologiques diverses ayant trait aux bactéries lactiques
Réalisation d’études et analyses en laboratoire et au pilote pour :
évaluer nos cultures sur les différents process clients
comprendre et solutionner les problématiques clients
développer les compétences et support technique apporté aux clients
Analyses et mise en forme des résultats
Réalisation de plans d’expérience
Profil :
De formation Bac + 2 à Bac +3 (ENIL, IAA, Biochimie, Biologie, …), vous avez de bonnes connaissances sur les techniques de microbiologie classiques et avez une bonne compréhension des technologies de fermentation ainsi de des process laitiers.
Rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous aimez travailler en gestion de projets et en équipe. Vous êtes curieux(se), avez un esprit logique et aimez l’analyse.
Vous avez des bases en anglais et êtes ouvert(e) à évoluer dans un environnement international.
Des connaissances en statistiques seront un plus.
