What this job involves
Ensuring a safer and more comfortable work environment.
Planning and executing all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits.
Overseeing the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping operations.
Daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to maintain high standards.
When you spot issues or complications, you should quickly determine and implement the best solutions.
Your input and ideas will be sought to help guide the team in improving facility performance.
Vendor management—reviewing their services and coordinating with them to resolve any service issues.

Experience in facilities management
Fluent in French, good English knowledge
Able to lead a team to success while also working effectively as a team member
Able to initiate positive changes and follow through with them is essential for this role
Knowledge of building systems and health and safety regulations
Proficiency in facilities management software
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
