You join the Back Office Guarantee team, as a Senior Manager, within a team of 9 employees, in the Trade Finance Operations – Guarantees, Fees & Payments department which has a total of 28 people.
Joining the Guarantee Back Office team means participating in supporting Natixis clients by monitoring and executing their instructions for issuing domestic and international guarantees.
In addition to his management responsibilities, the Senior Manager is responsible for validating the operations processed by the team by affixing his signature.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Check the compliance and consistency of the instructions received, ensuring the presence of mandatory information;
- Authenticate the documents, obtain the necessary approvals and clarify the points with the client if needed;
- Issue guarantees and bonds, and manage the guarantee acts of the issue by hand;
- Draft commitments based on client contracts or comment on the texts provided;
- Respond to calls for updates, advice, change requests and complaints.
You will participate in the transformation of the financial sector while strengthening your skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment, by understanding and applying best practices in the processes you contribute to, as well as actively participating in the facilitation and improvement of the processes in which you are involved.
