Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Market Sales Leaders and Cross-functional Partners (e.g Product, Marketing) to deploy strategic and enabling initiatives
- Co-design effective programs in sales, leadership and product areas based on the skills opportunity gaps identified
- Co-deliver impactful workshops that are relevant and increase the confidence and competence of the sales teams
- Ensure initiatives will provide the sales teams with manager support, resources and tools that they need to drive learning adoption
- Collaborate with Global BTD teams to share learning experiences and optimize operations
- Manage planning, communication and milestone measurement for strategic initiatives
- Own market impact reporting, providing leadership teams at regular cadence
- Own market training budget, monitoring and ensuring impact
