We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager for the French market to join our expanding TikTok LIVE team in Paris. You'll know what makes the audience tick and how to engage them through well-thought-out and designed gameplays. You'll work cross-functionally with our creator, agency, and strategy teams to drive platform and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
-Create, plan and execute goal driven LIVE campaigns tailored to all creator tiers for the French and Belgium market
-Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and patterns to continuously improve gameplays
-Collaborate with our local creator and agency teams to ensure creator education and maximize participation rate
-Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the LIVE experience
-Work with product teams to come up with new ideas and new ways to engage audiences and LIVE creators though campaigns
-Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the LIVE experience
-Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies
-Be creative and champion new ideas
