We are looking for our next Cash Operation & Global SSC Manager (H/F). This position will be located in La Madeleine.
You will be responsible for :
- Cash management; day-to-day operations, liquidity (inc. NEUCP), budget and forecast,
- In charge of the cross-boarder cash pooling,
- Banking strategy deployment,
- In connection with the middle office manager: treasury issues, banking circularization (auditors),
- Treasury forecasts differences to analyze (direct method),
- Bank relationships for treasury operations (short term financing, cash pooling),
- Supervises the Share Global Service Center in India in relation with the direct manager.
- In charge of the reliability of the banking information.
- The Global Head of Cash Management is dealing with the subsidiaries treasury functions to animate and challenge cash flow forecasts and liquidity forecasts.
- He manages a team of a large team.

Strong communication skills are required to work with other departments.
He/she must be experienced in cash management (from day-to-day activities) including banking relationship and negotiation skills and market risks knowledge.

- Master’s degree in finance / Engineer / Statistics / Economics
- 7+ years' experience in Treasury in an international context, accounting, Market activities linked to cash operations, including management, project management.
- Team spirit, integrity and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Kyriba skills

Nous recherchons notre prochain(e) Cash Operation & Global SSC Manager (H/F). Le poste est basé à La Madeleine.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Gestion de trésorerie : opérations quotidiennes, liquidité (incl. NEUCP), budget et prévisions.
- Responsable du cash pooling transfrontalier.
- Déploiement de la stratégie bancaire.
- En lien avec le Middle Office Manager : problématiques de trésorerie, circularisation bancaire (auditeurs).
- Analyse des écarts de prévisions de trésorerie (méthode directe).
- Gestion de la relation bancaire pour les opérations de trésorerie (financements court terme, cash pooling).
- Supervision du Global Shared Service Center en Inde, en coordination avec le manager direct.
- Garantir la fiabilité des informations bancaires.
- En lien avec le Global Head of Cash Management : animation et challenge des prévisions de trésorerie et de liquidité des filiales.
- Management d’une grande équipe.

- Expérience confirmée en gestion de trésorerie (opérations quotidiennes), incluant la relation bancaire, la négociation et la connaissance des risques de marché.
Mais aussi :
- Diplôme de niveau Master en Finance, Ingénierie, Statistiques ou Économie.
- Plus de 7 ans d’expérience en trésorerie dans un contexte international, incluant comptabilité, activités de marché liées aux opérations de trésorerie, management et gestion de projets.
- Esprit d’équipe, intégrité et excellentes compétences en communication.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Connaissance de l’outil Kyriba.
