Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist who is passionate about healthcare innovation, customer relations, and has a strong interest in commercial dynamics.
You will play a key role in supporting the implementation and usage of our AI solutions in the field.
Your Missions
- Support healthcare professionals in integrating and using our AI applications
- Provide clinical support both on-site and remotely
- Participate in training sessions for users and partners
- Maintain post-sales customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage adoption
- Work alongside the sales team to support field sales efforts
- Help promote our solutions to prospects (through demos, trade shows, presentations)
- Collaborate with product teams by sharing field feedback
Profile
- Background in healthcare (radiology technologist, biomedical engineer, or similar), background in radiology is a plus
- Experience in a clinical environment
- Strong customer service mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to represent the company with clients
- Proficiency in English is mandatory (professional level, written and spoken)
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Interest in technological innovation and multidisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to travel frequently in France and internationally (up to 50% travel)
