Composite Design Engineer – Aerospace Industry
Location: OISE North part of Paris aera, France (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Are you passionate about innovative product development and composite design in a high-stakes international environment? Join a cutting-edge aerospace program at the heart of a strategic industrial site in France.
Your Role: As a Composite Design Engineer, you will lead and support the development of complex components and systems, ensuring technical excellence, manufacturability, and compliance with aviation standards.
Responsibilities:
Drive detailed composite component design, mechanisms, and BoMs
Validate design deliverables throughout product lifecycle
Lead internal and external design reviews
Apply robust design methodologies (DFMEA, GD&T, design-for-manufacture)
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production teams
Generate LOPA layouts and ensure ergonomic and regulatory compliance
Define guidelines and best practices for integration and configuration
Identify and manage technical risks and define mitigation plans
Support prototype manufacturing, tooling design, and customer reviews
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across international contexts
Profil recherché
Your Skills:
Strong experience in aerospace design
Proven knowledge in composite materials and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with layout, ergonomics, and aerospace regulatory environments
Experience in creating templates, standards, and lean design roadmaps
Mastery of design software suites used in aerospace (e.g. CATIA, PLM platforms)
Exposure to global aerospace programs is highly valued

Position based in Bourges region, France
Fluent French and English are required
