Your Mission
Are you a strong coordinator with a passion for cooking? Do you love giving cooking workshops and taking people into the culinary world? Then join the Miele Culinary Team and become our new Culinary Trainer & Coordinator. This is the ideal opportunity to make your cooking hobby your profession. This position is located in the Paris area in France with business travels (around 40%), being part of the Western Europe cluster marketing team
Your Responsibilities
You will organize brand experience moments for selectively chosen customers (leads or existing customers), retailers or other groups interested in the Miele brand. During these activities, you will bring the consumer experience to life through product explanations and demonstrations to experience the unique and optimal use of Miele appliances.
- Conduct creative workshops/demos where you translate the operation and range of Miele kitchen appliances and associated accessories into consumer benefits.
- Organizing, planning and executing events/workshops, including shopping, preparing event rooms and cleaning up.
- Setting up and following up the activity plan for the whole year. Strategic-commercial thinking on optimization and opportunities.
- Monitoring the budget and evaluating customer events and their effectiveness (based on KPIs). Ensuring that they not only support the customer but also generate profit (cost efficiency & ROI).
- Create recipes based on current trends for cooking events and the Miele website.
- Managing and scheduling freelance Culinary Advisors who also take care of workshops.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in organizing activities in a cooking environment.
- Has knowledge of HACCP standards and preferably followed a food-related education (cook, catering, nutritionist, dietician).
- Can be very passionate about cooking and presenting in front of a large group.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial mindset (budget management, monitoring KPIs, optimizing ROI).
- Proficient in French and English.
- Available to work during the week, evenings and/or weekends (you make your own schedule) in France and sometimes in other countries part of the cluster
- Authorized to work in France / EU
