Une opportunité passionnante pour un poste de Responsable Client au sein de l'équipe Distribution DIS EMEAI de Dow pourrait être le bon choix pour vous ! Ce poste est basé à Paris.
Vous ferez partie de l'équipe Distribution DIS EMEAI, en vous concentrant principalement sur nos partenaires de distribution clés et prioritaires. Vous gérerez les ventes de comptes moyens à grands en France, au Benelux, au Royaume-Uni et en Afrique du Nord, avec pour objectif principal de maintenir et développer les ventes conformément aux objectifs fixés. Vous serez responsable de l'élaboration de plans stratégiques pour développer les relations commerciales et garantir des scores élevés en matière d'expérience de distribution (DXi).
Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, flexible, proactive et efficace, avec un fort sens de l'initiative. La capacité à établir la confiance, à consolider sa crédibilité et à créer des relations solides avec les contacts transverses des comptes attribués est indispensable. Cela doit être accompagné d'excellentes compétences en négociation, afin de garantir et d'accélérer le développement des revenus et l'amélioration de la rentabilité chez les principaux distributeurs.
Responsabilités

- Jusqu’à 40 % de déplacements requis pour ce poste
Qualifications
- Maîtrise du français, de l’arabe et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans des postes techniques/commerciaux/ventes
- Master en chimie industrielle ou en génie chimique
- Connaissance du marché de l’énergie (pétrole et gaz) et du traitement de l’eau en Europe, au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord
- Expérience dans la gestion de sociétés de services mondiales en EMEAI et connaissance du programme de valeur locale (in-country value) au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique du Nord
- Expérience avec OMP, Smart Price, DSR, CRM et autres applications commerciales de Dow
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et multifonctionnel. Esprit inclusif.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de comptes clés et complexes et dans la stimulation de la croissance des ventes
- Solide compréhension des canaux de distribution, de la dynamique du marché et du paysage concurrentiel
- Capacité à prioriser et à s’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique
