Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Cyber Security Operations Center Specialist (M/F) to join our team based in Marignane, France.

As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Specialist, you will be instrumental in evolving and enhancing our SOC strategy, aligning it with diverse organizational needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation and continuous improvement of the SOC strategy.

• Orchestrating efforts across various teams within the SOC domain.

• Taking charge of critical SOC incident investigations and supporting their resolution.

• Acting as a crucial liaison, bridging the gap between business units and the SOC.

• Providing essential support for daily SOC operations.

• Actively managing and contributing to cybersecurity projects and initiatives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong foundation in cybersecurity.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree specializing in Cybersecurity is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity is essential.

• Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge in Cybersecurity, particularly within the Security Operations Center environment and common security solutions.

• Communication: Excellent communication and writing skills in English are mandatory, given the transversal nature of the team.

• Soft Skills: Demonstrated willingness to learn, high engagement, strong teamwork, and effective communication skills are crucial.

• Analytical Prowess: Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Translational Skills: The ability to simplify complex technical problems into easily understandable language for non-technical audiences is highly valued.

This position necessitates a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
