Job Description:
Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Digital Change Leader (f/m) to join our Public Safety and Security Entity based in Elancourt, France .
Public Safety and Security (PSS) develops, markets, delivers and maintains secure communication solutions.
You will be part of the Transformation Office department supporting the business transformation with digital capabilities, improves company performance and drives culture transformation.
As part of the team, you will c ontribute to the success of business digital transformations by ensuring human and cultural aspects of change are proactively integrated and consistently addressed in Business Digital Transformation initiatives (new strategy, new organization, new project, new tool, new mindset, new posture, new ways of working, digital & data driven environment) at all levels of the company. Contributing to creating a company culture which is embracing change.

Your challenges:
Define and implement a change management program for each digital transformation initiative (people, tool & process).
Foster new digital ways of working through collaborative tools and learning initiatives.
Engage people in digital transformation through communication and knowledge sharing.
Spread culture change worldwide together with the network of digital champions.
Modernise the workplace through material improvements and general guidelines.
The adoption of collaborative tools (e.g. Google Workspace)
Increase of digital awarenss through multiple channels (articles, videos, events, trainings)
Relaying Airbus and Airbus Defence and Space digital transformation initiatives in SLC
Your profile:
Project management skills and the ability to lead project streams, from planning through implementation
Technical competence in our key change management capabilities and a practical/business driven approach to solving business challenges
Teaming skills, including the ability to create an inclusive environment and serve as a coach to our people
Strong communication skills
Fluent in French and English
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
